How to Change Your Telegram Username

Telegram makes it easy to change your username. Your t.me/ link updates instantly.

  1. Open Telegram and tap the menu (three lines)
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap on your current username at the top
  4. Type your new username (5-32 chars, letters/numbers/underscores)
  5. Tap the checkmark to save

Important
